PROJECT BRIEF
Located on the second floor of a residential complex, Hills Classic Gardens worked under tight conditions to create a rooftop oasis. Involving the removal of the original deck and the construction of a new one in addition to a pergola, panelling over interior windows, installing screening with stainless steel wire, installation of troughs and planter beds alongside construction of bench seating with storage, the finished result is a lively open space rooftop garden filled with lush plant life and a modern entertaining area.

The array of plant life not only provides privacy and shade from the summer sun but softens the exterior walls to neighbouring homes. Sprawling from planter boxes to climbing up the walls, the inclusion of plants adds a natural tone to the modern architecture. An irrigation and lighting system was installed to the rooftop garden allowing the space to be used day and night. Hills Classic Gardens has delivered a fresh, new rooftop garden filled with amenities that allow the space to thrive with greenery and the clients to entertain guests all night long.
