Embracing a Californian, Palm Springs vibe, Landscape Techniques has delivered a modern landscape with high-end materials and high-quality finishes. With a brief for more colour in the landscape and framing the space with greenery, the front and rear landscape embrace curved details and stunning hard landscaping elements that are softened by the sub-tropical plantings.

Complementing the façade, the front yard includes a peaceful water feature, open front fencing, charcoal clay pavers in a herringbone pattern for the driveway and pathways, as well as the high-end smooth trowel grey concrete steppers. Softened by under plantings the front yard is a lively landscape with pops of colour seen in the plant life with a design that echoes the homes modern architecture.

The rear of the property embraces curved details. The renovation of the pool area not only rounded out sharp lines but included an additional pool lounging deck, a bench seating area with a recessed arch detail and custom-made curved white steel-rod pool fencing. Featuring an array of sub-tropical plant life, the design of soft and hard landscaping throughout the residential garden is executed to perfection providing the clients a breath of fresh air.
