PROJECT BRIEF

Located in Midvale, Western Australia, Koala Cove Park is situated in the new residential zone of Movida Estate. Designed and constructed by LD Total, the park is outfitted with state-of-the-art, all-inclusive play equipment that allows children of all ages and abilities to come together and play.

Set across five hectares of open space, the park features a 10-metre high play tower with a giant koala on top and plenty of carved timber animals scamper around the playspace. An enclosed toddler play area offers a safe zone for little ones to play, while a multi-use sports court with basketball and netball hoops and soccer goals give big kids plenty of room to spread out, and a flying fox adds plenty of adventurous play for all.

A sheltered picnic and barbecue area gives supervising adults a place to linger while still keeping an eye out for safety, and ample open greenspace planted with endemic plant species ensures a natural experience that helps it blend into the surrounding environment.
